I talk to five or six AIs every day. ChatGPT for brainstorming, Claude for writing, Gemini for research.
Every morning I'd open three tabs, type the same question three times, and compare answers by eye. Did this for months before I got fed up.
The idea
Type once, every AI answers.
Prism is a Chrome extension that sits in your sidebar. You type a question, it sends it to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok in parallel. One screen, all the answers.
Building it
Built it as a Chrome extension because the conversation already happens in the browser. The sidebar is always there without taking over your screen.
React and Vite for the UI, Chrome MV3 for the extension framework, Supabase for auth and storage. The interesting part is the memory network: Prism remembers what you've talked about before, so it gets better at understanding your questions over time.
The model selector lets you pick which AIs to include. All of them, or just two. That ended up being the feature people use most.
Shipping it
Built it for myself. Got tired of a clunky workflow, so I fixed it. Now it's on the Chrome Web Store.
